Disappointing Experience with Rude Staff and Slow Service

I am writing this because my experience with Montrad Gh was deeply frustrating and fell far short of my expectations. From the beginning, the service was incredibly slow, making the entire process feel like a chore rather than a professional transaction. To make matters worse, the staff I encountered were rude and dismissive, showing a complete lack of regard for basic customer service standards. For a business that positions itself in the trade market, the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I found the services to be significantly overpriced, especially considering the poor treatment and the long wait times I endured. I initially hoped for a smooth experience, but the combination of bad attitudes and inefficiency made it impossible to enjoy the process. Based on this negative encounter, I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service. It was a complete waste of time.
